ORDERING & DELIVERY STATEMENT

Ensign Flag Co. Ltd. endeavour to provide all items displayed in our product range. Orders may be submitted to Ensign Flag Co. Ltd. by first selecting items from the product pages and then proceeding through our 'Checkout' process.

PLEASE NOTE : SOME YACHT CLUB FLAGS / BURGEES ARE SUPPLIED ONLY DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CLUB BEFORE ORDERING.

You will initially receive an automated response acknowledging your order. Following that, you will be contacted by us to agree appropriate payment and delivery methods etc before work commences on your order. From this moment, we endeavour under all normal circumstances to have the items with you within 1-2 days. If for any unforeseen reason this is not going to be the case, we will contact you in advance to explain.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

In addition to providing a wide variety of items from our standard product ranges, we also provide a service whereby you can request bespoke and highly personalized custom designs from us. In such cases, we strongly recommend that you request a one to one meeting with a member of our team in order to review and discuss the relevant materials, sketches and diagrams necessary for us to completely satisfy your requirements.
